Welcome Baltimore and NYC Chapters

Lets welcome the Baltimore chapter, lead byCourtney Lancaster(2015 Cyberjutsu Award winner) and the NYC chapter lead byPamela Dean. Both locations are looking for volunteers, training space, and instructors. Chapter websites coming soon!
